1. Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation by Buyer

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. A full refund will be issued for such cancellations.
  • After Dispatch: Cancellations are not possible after the order is shipped. However, you may initiate a return upon receiving the product, subject to our Return Policy.

B. Cancellation by Platform or Seller

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Payment failure or suspected fraudulent payment.
  • Seller cannot fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address.

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

2. Refund Policy

A. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: Must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Delivery: If the product was not delivered within the specified delivery period.
  • Order Cancellation: If canceled by the platform or seller.
  • Incorrect Product or Missing Items: If delivered items differ from the order or parts are missing.
  • Delivery to Wrong Address: Errors by the platform or seller entitle you to a refund or replacement.

B. Refund Process

  • Initiating a Refund: Contact customer support or use self-service tools within the specified period (within 24 Hour).
  • Return Instructions: Return shipping fees may apply based on the reason for the return.
  • Inspection of Returns: The returned product will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
  • Issuance of Refunds: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 24 Hour.

C. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used intimate/sanitary items.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food).

3. Return Policy

  • Return Period: Requests must be initiated within 24 Hour of receipt.
  • Conditions for Returns: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Return Process: Approved requests will receive return instructions or a shipping label.
  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected for eligibility. Returns not meeting criteria may be rejected.
  • Restocking Fees: Applicable for certain sellers and deducted from the refund.

4. Partial Refunds

  • Returned items are missing parts or damaged due to buyer handling.
  • Only part of an order is canceled or returned.

5. Processing Time

  • Refunds: Processed within 24 Hour after approval.
  • Returns: Processed within 24 Hour after receipt of the item.

6. Buyer Protection

If a seller does not respond to refund or return requests, the platform will mediate to ensure the buyer’s rights are protected.

7. Refunds for Payment Issues

If payment issues arise (e.g., failed or fraudulent payments), you will be contacted for resolution. Refunds will be issued for unfulfilled orders.
